Benjamin Limbaugh is an Injury Attorney at Jeffcoat Injury and Car Accident Lawyers. Ben earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2017. During law school, he worked as a Senate Judiciary Committee Law Clerk. Before joining Jeffcoat Injury and Car Accident Lawyers, Ben worked at Smith Robinson, a highly respected Civil Defense firm. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Attorney General. He also worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Maddox at the South Carolina Judicial Department in Anderson, South Carolina. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar.
Ben joined Jeffcoat Injury and Car Accident Lawyers to use his skills and experience to help real people get through some of the most trying times in their lives by helping them get what they deserve. “Normal, everyday people do not have meaningful access to the justice system. I want to provide access and be a real voice for the good people in South Carolina.”
In his spare time, Ben enjoys fly fishing, backpacking, and photography.
