News: Golf cart accident in Charleston leaves 1 injured

CHARLESTON, SC – One person was hospitalized after their golf cart collided with an SUV in Charleston last Friday evening.

According to WCBD, the crash happened at about 5:42 p.m. near the intersection with King Street and Huger Street.

The cause of the crash is unclear at this time. However, the driver of the golf cart was thrown from the vehicle and taken to a nearby hospital with injuries believed to be non-life-threatening.
