Daniel J. Sevcik

Daniel J. Sevcik is a personal injury attorney who dedicates his practice to representing those injured by the negligence of others.  Daniel is licensed to practice law in South Carolina, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois.

Prior to joining The Jeffcoat Firm, Daniel worked in defense of 1st and 3rd party bodily injury and property damage claims.  Daniel developed a strong reputation in the legal community for his thoroughness and trial preparation.  He found great success in the courtroom by winning each case he litigated to jury verdict.  During this time Daniel developed a deep knowledge of insurance law, personal injury practice, subrogation law, and insurance practices.

Prior to his personal injury work, Daniel worked for a small Milwaukee defense firm where he primarily practiced criminal defense and appellate advocacy.  While there, Daniel tried numerous misdemeanor and felony cases to jury verdict and successfully appealed cases where his clients had years knocked off their sentences.  Daniel also spent a year as a law clerk in a Minneapolis district court following law school.

Outside of his legal practice, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters.  They enjoy running, being outdoors, and cheering on the Iowa State Cyclones and Green Bay Packers.
