Social Media Marketing Specialist

As a Social Media Specialist for The Jeffcoat Firm, you’ll be responsible for delivering optimized marketing campaigns through social media channels to drive both brand awareness and lead generation. You will work closely with and report to the Marketing Director. This position is full-time onsite. 

What you’ll be doing:

• True ownership of all the Firm’s social media properties
• Drive engagement and brand building by concepting, writing, filming/taking photos/creating graphics, editing and posting creative social media content. 
• Edit long-form content into short-form vertical content and manage the distribution.
• Manage organic social media campaigns.
• Engage with comments and messages on all social platforms. Create quality and timely responses that align with The Jeffcoat Firm’s mission. 
• Monitor, track, and respond to Google Reviews. 
• Monitor and complete lead attribution steps for Google Screened Leads.

Who you are:

• 2-3 years of social media, brand marketing, or related experience in a corporate setting.
• An undergraduate degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics.
• Quick self-starter, team-oriented, and unafraid of asking questions.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30AM—5:30PM
