News: Blythewood woman killed in collision with train near Columbia

COLUMBIA, SC – A woman was killed when her vehicle was hit by a train in the Blythewood area on Saturday afternoon.

According to a report by The State, Jennifer Kennedy was driving across the tracks on Hobart Road when her 2017 Hyundai was hit by the oncoming train.

Kennedy was pronounced dead at the scene.
