ST. GEORGE, SC – Police are not sure what might have caused an accident involving an officer in north Dorchester County on Monday night, Live 5 WCSC reports.
Investigators say the incident occurred around 8:15 p.m. when a Dorchester County deputy’s 2013 Charger veered away from Southeast Railroad Avenue near Reed Street and crashed into a ditch.
At this time, no injuries have been reported from the wreck.
An investigation of the incident is ongoing.
