HORRY CO., SC – A pedestrian was killed when they were hit by a vehicle near the North Carolina border last Thursday night.
According to My Horry News, the victim was standing on the Fairbluff Highway near Broadwell Road at about 9:13 p.m. when they were hit by a 2005 Hyundai Elentra.
Trooper say the victim was standing next to an unattended vehicle when the incident occurred. Their identity is being withheld pending further investigation.
