Xeljanz Lawsuits

What to do if you took Xeljanz and Were Hurt!

Did you take Xeljanz in order to help treat your rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis or ulcerative colitis? Trying to fix one problem shouldn’t cause another. Many people that took Xelanjz developed blood clots, stroke, heart attack, pulmonary embolism, DVT, liver damage, cancer or death. Many people see a possible connection. Pfizer is the manufacturer of Xeljanz. We believe that Pfizer may have known just how potentially dangerous their drug was and you may not have been properly warned about it.

What are some of the common symptoms and injuries from taking Xeljanz?

  • Blood Clots
  • Pulmonary Embolism (PE)
  • Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
  • Stroke
  • Heart Attack
  • Death
  • Cancer

Most people don’t know just how much the deck is stacked against them until they get hurt. That’s when they find out about the aggressive tactics big companies often use to leave them uncompensated for the injuries they caused. But there are ways to win anyway. That’s where we come in. With our help, our clients get what they truly deserve: a fair chance to be fully compensated in a more stressless way. Together, we can hold dangerous people and companies accountable to pay for the harm they caused.

Black Box Warning

Xeljanz began being given to patients in 2012. In September 2021 the FDA required that Xeljanz be labeled with a Black Box Warning. The FDA says this about Boxed Warnings on drugs: “This type of warning is also commonly referred to as a “black box warning.” It appears on a prescription drug’s label and is designed to call attention to serious or life-threatening risks.” We believe Xeljanz may have known of these very serious risks and intentionally withheld that information from you and your doctors. Time will tell.
