SELLERS, SC – A 71-year-old man died Thursday evening in a tractor accident that happened in Sellers, which is in the northwest corner of Marion County.
WLTX News 19 reports that the incident occurred around 6:40 p.m. near Church Street.
The victim was mowing grass when his tractor slipped into a ditch along the side of the roadway. The man became entrapped by the tractor, and he died from his injuries.
Authorities have not yet identified the victim publicly. The accident remains under investigation.
