Why Are There So Many Lawyers?

Posted on

Why are there so many personal injury lawyers? Simply put: Because there are so many insurance companies that don’t do the right thing.

There are countless ways someone else’s carelessness can leave you injured. The system is supposed to be set up so that when that happens, insurance comes to your aid and provides you all the compensation you are owed, exactly like the law of South Carolina says you should be.

There’s one BIG problem. We have never seen this happen.

Insurance companies are supposed to give you the compensation that you’re owed. It’s part of the promise they make to people when they purchase insurance, and the law says they need to. However, insurance companies are in the business of making money. The less money they give you, the more money they keep in their pockets.

What does this mean? Insurance companies would rather keep the money that you need to recover after a car crash instead of giving you what you deserve. They want to keep as much of the money that you are legally owed as possible.

This is where we come in. The Jeffcoat Firm exists to fight bullies who stand in the way of what’s right and fair. That’s who we’re fighting when we promise we’ll fight for you. Almost every client that calls us after someone hurts them in a car crash is up against a massive insurance company that doesn’t want to pay them. Our law firm is here for when people in South Carolina are hurt. Our law firm is here to hold big insurance companies accountable and make sure they provide the compensation they are supposed to. Our law firm is here to let insurance companies know that in our State, we keep our promises.
