Injuries Reported in I-526 Crash on Don Holt Bridge

CHARLESTON, SC – Police have reported injuries from a Tuesday morning crash on the Don Holt Bridge in Charleston, Live 5 News reports.

The incident happened at 11:32 a.m. on the westbound side of the Mark Clark Expressway, about one mile east of the exit for Virginia Avenue.

The accident closed the westbound lanes of traffic on the bridge for over an hour.

A full investigation is underway.
