Joe Thoensen

Joe Thoensen is a dedicated litigation attorney at The Jeffcoat Firm with over two decades of experience in civil litigation. He graduated from The University of Georgia in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and earned his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2004.

Since being sworn in as a member of the South Carolina Bar in November of 2004, Joe has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in litigated matters in state and federal courts throughout the state. He has earned a reputation for professionalism and providing effective advocacy for his clients. His deep understanding of civil litigation, as well as many years spent representing corporations, insurance companies and their insureds, make him a valuable asset to The Jeffcoat Firm and its personal injury clients.
