Spencer Newman earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2019. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Clemson University.
Before joining the firm, Spencer worked at Ernst & Young (EY) in financial services and regulatory compliance, advising global financial institutions on consumer compliance and complex regulations including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML). His experience conducting investigations and analyzing complex regulatory issues now helps him build strong, evidence-driven cases for injured clients.
